Greenville Country Music Fest Lineup

Wine Flight & Charcuterie Tasting

If you’re a country music fan, you’ve probably been to the Greenville County Music Festival. Set in the strategically located foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in South Carolina’s Upcountry, the festival will surely provide a unique experience for music lovers. This music festival will surely bring something to everyone’s palate, from big-name country stars to millennial country artists.

Several events are scheduled to celebrate the festival’s food and wine offerings. The Sigal Music Museum offers a complimentary Summer Tea. Guests can enjoy tea and light snacks while listening to live music. Other locations for the event include Feed & Seed Co., located at 701 Easley Bridge Rd. Another event is the Wine Flight & Charcuterie Tasting, which takes place at The Cook’s Station.

Salsa at Sunset

If you’re looking for a fun event to spend a Saturday night with friends or your date, Salsa at Sunset at the Greenville Country Music Festival is for you. The evening will feature free salsa dance lessons and live music. The venue is located on Camperdown Plaza between South Main and Broad streets. This event is family-friendly and stroller-friendly, too. To make it even more enjoyable, food trucks and ice cream stands will serve delicious Mexican fare.

During the festival, you can attend several events in Simpsonville. A summer tea is held at the Sigal Music Museum, 516 Buncombe St., including tea and snacks. The festival will also feature an all-inclusive cocktail class at the Feed & Seed Co., which is part of the NonProfit Alliance and the Greenville Partnership for Philanthropy. Another event at the festival is the Wine Flight and Charcuterie Tasting, which takes place at The Cook’s Station.

Artisphere

The 10th Anniversary of the Artisphere festival will bring more than 100 national and regional artists to the town of Greenville, SC. During the three-day event, more than 70,000 people attended. The festival features visual, performing, and culinary arts, with a projected economic impact of more than $5 million. A wine tasting event and a gala at the Marriott are also planned. This year, the festival will mark its 10th Anniversary with a special wine and beer tasting event.

Throughout the three-day festival, patrons can view more than 135 juried visual artists working in 17 mediums. These works provide a unique opportunity to see the art-making process up close. The festival includes Kidsphere, Live Art Demonstrations, Street Chalk Art, and a Culinary Arts Cafe. The festival also includes five local restaurants and murals.

Elias B. Holloway mural

One of Greenville’s most recent public art projects is a mural honoring Elias B. Holloway, who advocated for a park on Greenville’s West and Southern sides decades ago. The mural was unveiled at the Juneteenth Celebration, which celebrates the end of slavery in the U.S. and the legacy of Greenville’s forbearers.

The mural is located at the historic CCNB Amphitheater at Heritage Park. Tickets are available now, and many special events are planned throughout the weekend. Check back often for updates on special events and artist announcements. In the meantime, I plan to enjoy the music and the mural. Here’s what to expect at this year’s Greenville Country Music Fest. We hope to see you there!
