Method 3: Use An Acrobat Reader
This reader program allows you to view, print, sign, and annotate PDF documents. It also includes a handy tool for merging PDFs. Note that you must have this program installed on your computer before you can follow these steps.
Step 1: Open the Acrobat Reader and click on “File” > “Open.” Select the PDF files that you want to merge and click “Open.”
Step 2: Click on “View” > “Toolbars” > “Comment & Markup.” This will open up a new toolbar with commenting and markup tools.
Step 3: Click on the “Insert Pages from File” icon (it looks like two pages stacked on top of each other). A new window will open up; select the PDF files that you want to merge and click “Open.”
Step 4: The selected pages will be inserted into your original document at the location of your cursor. Repeat this step for each additional file that you want to merge until all of your desired pages have been inserted into the document. When you’re finished, save your document by clicking on “File” > “Save As.”
